Thank you for your interest in a custom handmade piece from Rustic Impressions FLX! Every item is thoughtfully crafted with care, and no two are exactly alike. Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. I will review your request and follow up with an estimated timeline and pricing. Once your request is reviewed, I will provide an estimated cost and production timeline. If you decide to proceed, an invoice will be sent for the required deposit. Please note:
✅ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins to cover the cost of materials.
✅ The remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup/shipping.
✅ As all pieces are handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final.
✅ Slight variations and imperfections are part of the handmade charm!

Commission Fee Disclosure
Thank you for your interest in a custom order from Rustic Impressions FLX! I take pride in creating unique, handcrafted pieces tailored to your vision. Please review the following commission fee policies before submitting a request:
Custom Order Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required before work begins. This secures your spot and covers material costs. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Pricing & Estimates – Each custom order is priced based on materials, design complexity, and labor. I will provide an estimate before starting, but prices may be adjusted if additional materials or modifications are requested.
Turnaround Time – Custom pieces take time! Estimated completion times vary based on the complexity of the project and my current workload. I will provide an estimated timeframe upon order confirmation.
Revisions & Changes – Minor adjustments may be accommodated, but significant design changes after production has begun may incur additional fees.
No Two Are Alike – Each piece is handcrafted, meaning there may be slight variations and imperfections that add to the charm and uniqueness of your item.
Refunds & Cancellations – Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final once work has begun. The deposit is non-refundable.
Pickup & Shipping – Local pickup is available, and shipping options can be arranged upon request. Shipping costs will be added to the final price.
